Exchanges & Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of your order delivery date. To keep our processes smooth for everyone, we have updated our policy as follows:

• First Exchange is FREE: We offer your first exchange on any order at no additional cost to ensure you get the perfect fit or style.

• Subsequent Requests: After the first exchange is completed, we only offer Returns.

• Return Charges: A flat fee of ₹100 will be applicable for all return requests. This amount will be deducted from your final refund.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (tags attached and original packaging included).

• Final sale, clearance, and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment (minus the ₹100 return charge, where applicable).

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• It may take additional time for your bank to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@toddleverse.com — we’ll make it right immediately!
